RUBBER RING CARBURETTOR

This rubber ring is used on the carburettor of a Citroën DS up to model year 1965. The ring provides a sealed connection between carburettor and adjoining parts. The material withstands fuel contact and operating temperature. Shape and dimensions match the carburettor in this application. The ring limits leakage of air and mixture and supports stable engine running. It is used during maintenance or overhaul of the fuel system. The ring is normally fitted between housing and flange.
