RUBBER HEATER PLUG

Rubber heater pipe shut-off element for use in the exhaust or heating system of older vehicles. Designed for installation between heater pipe and matching metal parts. Provides sealing of gas flow and supports directed heat distribution to the interior. The material withstands temperature changes and normal vibration in the engine bay. The element has a ring shape with suitable inner and outer diameter for proper fit. The rubber thickness supports the sealing function between contact surfaces. Suitable for use during restoration, service or replacement of existing heater pipe seals in classic vehicles of comparable design.
